Ladies I wanted to share this with and the reason why I encourage before and after pictures. The scale is still valid and I want us to continue to utilize it every Thursday but don’t be discouraged by the numbers even if they move up. The goal is to loose fat build muscle. As you can see she weigh more but looks even better because of her muscle
